Jam Together!

Looking for a space to explore improvisational musicking in a safe and supportive space? Or maybe wanting to learn more about music in an easy-going and flexible environment? Then join us in our monthly jam session-style group, Jam Together! In this community-based group led by one of MMT's board certified music therapists, you can expect:

• opportunities to jam on a variety of provided instruments

• share your favorite or original songs with the group

• participate in music games

• freely express your musical self with some pretty cool and supportive folks from the community. 

No previous music experience necessary! Any and all are welcomed to explore music in this low-stakes environment. 

This group is accessible to both disabled and non-disabled group members. Adults, teens, and children (ages 9+)! Virtual attendance is available!

When: Third Monday of the month, 5pm-5:45pm
